FORWARD Solutions 4 Social Works was registered as a Trust on 16th February 2019, and has its headquarters in Thiès, Senegal. The FS4SW was started by a group of like-minded individuals who wanted to bring about holistic transformation through active citizen engagement and meaningful developmental work.

Trustees of FS4SW have been active citizens who spearheaded many of the civic engagement initiatives that Senegal witnesses today. We have been involved in grass-root work as well as policy level intervention. FS4SW is an organisation that strives to support young people from all walks of life in Sénégal and West Africa. We aim to support teenagers and young adults to maximise their potential, enrich their abilities and provide opportunities to build a positive resource for life.

What FORWARD Solutions 4 Social Works do?

Developing Solutions

FS4SW works with government at all levels in developing meaningful solutions across areas of civic amenities, environment and livelihoods, complete with detailed project reports & implementation.

Citizen Engagement

FS4SW creates templates for positive citizen engagement. Through these templates, modular citizen contributions are plugged into holistic development solutions driven by citizen volunteers.

Incubation of innovators

FS4SW incubates innovators by helping them to concretize their ideas into meaningful action. Further, we connect them with all stakeholders to help launch their idea and attain critical scale to become sustainable

Policy Advocacy

FS4SW acts as a platform to vet existing and new policies. Through this platform, various stakeholders are given an opportunity to share inputs which aid meaningful implementation of policies.
